    This is absolutely insane. I'm at a loss on how to get the temps figured out. I want the temp to be 225. So I set it to 225. Seems like it should be simple enough. But nope. It goes up to 315+ degrees set at 225. So I turn the grill down 25 degrees to 200* and that drops the temp of the grill...
