I bought it through the Military Exchange from Home Depot. It was a kit. Came in 8 large, heavy boxes. 1200 pounds delivered weight. Going through the exchange was tax free.

Meat that has been velveted will have a slimy feel if not prepared correctly. After being velveted. It must be rinsed thoroughly. And patted dry before using.
