Flume temperature control on propane smoker
I'll order one on my next paycheck! Just to re-iterate; the chimney up top simply controls the amount of smoke the smoker retains, not temperature control. And that temperature control will be controlled the pressure knobs only?- xodus989

Flume temperature control on propane smoker
Evening everyone. I have what's probably a super obvious and easy question, but I can't find a good answer online. I have an LP stack moker, it has a chimney up top and two flumes down by the burner. How do you manage fine temperature on this? Is it the same as charcoal / wood where more air...- xodus989
