Just started smoking meats on Smoke Hollow 4 in 1
. So far I've done four pork shoulders, a couple spatchcock chickens, and a turkey. I smoke meats as much as I can and am slowly learning. I joined this site to reach out for advice. My current goal is to create a perfect Eastern Carolina Pulled pork. I will be trying Brisket soon.
