Thanks NB and I look forward to learning a lot with the new smoker ! I have read a lot about the mods to it online and for the price I had to give it a chance. It is not a $2-3,000 smoker by any means but a lot of people seem to be having good results with it esp after doing some of the mods.- woodyussluce
