    Looks good I haven't smoked carp yet have lots of people ask me, I just usually use them for trot line bait or for crawdad traps. I've smoked northern and plenty of salmon and trout, guess I'll have to give it a try this summer.

    I'm pretty sure that bucket is food grade I know the ones I use I get from mernards are stamped with correct number and sign for food grade safe.

    Looks great, that's one thing I miss about living in Florida I used to do a lot of nuisance hog hunting and trapping. I had an endless supply of pork, and never got tired of cooking or eating them Thumbs Up

    A Rabbit Feast! Qview!

    I get a few rabbits every season I have breaded and pan fried then into the oven Ina covered dish for close to 2hrs at 220 also have made braised rabbits with morels in a wine sauce and have brined then BBQ. I will have to try and smoke some now :drool
