    Oak master

    New member use side box style smoker use mesquite but mainly oak. Smoked a deer hind quarter for 9 hours yesterday only oak with brisket style dry rub and served with steamed baby potatoes corn on cob and carrots roast style with Garvey and drop biscuits. Drop links for fav recipes here
