Eggs in a breakfast fatty?
I was thinking about making a breakfast omelet type fatty. My question is do I cook the eggs before or do I mix the omelet stuff up and let it cook inside the fatty? Question about marinating
If I use a cure (Morton's Tender Quick) in my marinade can I marinate it for more than 24 hours? I was thinking about 48 hours, but don't want to mess anything up. I am using alelover's jerkey recipe 2nd Try at Jerky Last Sunday . Worked great on my first run, but I want to get it going...- wizardofjoz
