I've loved BBQ forever, been grilling since I was 16 (a long time ago). I got my first smoker 10 years ago and I've been smoking a bit since then. My family doesn't do pork so I'm smoking lots of Beef, Poultry, Fish & Veggies. I need to get my pork fill when I go out.
