    Thanks, I have smoked with the pimento wood, it was listed as jamaican pimento wood. It is a really great wood. Thanks for the internet link, I appreciate it.

    I own a distillery in Nashville called Corsair, and another one in Bowling Green, KY. My interest is not so much smoked meats( though I do like those), but smoked whiskeys. I am a distiller. Good to meet you all.  Darek
