WSM 18 vs 22”
Hey. I run the 18 and it is fine for what I do. A whole uncut packer can be a bit large in the 18. And if you are doing the 5 butts and sided go bigger. My 18 is super reliable using the guru digit. Last brisket cook was 16 hours and guessing used 12 pounds. I would not worry about how much...- WhatMeWorry
