    I dont marinate my veggies, just olive oil and seasonings, and I use a "Grill wok" I simply move it on and off the heat, Pick it up every now and then and shake things around. Throw it in the dishwasher when im done, Very simple

    I dont think so, I have smoked a lot of meat over the years in a weber kettle. Just takes a little practice is all.

    hmmm...I use Cowboy lump and had no complaints so far, certainly not found Floorboards in it..... I also use Stubbs briquettes, no complaint there either. I dont smoke that often tho, once a week usually, Chicken or Ribs or the occasional brisket and fish. All done on a Weber kettle, Nothing...
