I dont marinate my veggies, just olive oil and seasonings, and I use a "Grill wok"
I simply move it on and off the heat, Pick it up every now and then and shake things around.
Throw it in the dishwasher when im done, Very simple
hmmm...I use Cowboy lump and had no complaints so far, certainly not found Floorboards in it.....
I also use Stubbs briquettes, no complaint there either.
I dont smoke that often tho, once a week usually, Chicken or Ribs or the occasional brisket and fish.
All done on a Weber kettle, Nothing...
