    Go for the black RTV caulk it looks much better than the red. The latches are called smoker toggle latches - check Amazon for both

    I would get the black RTV paint. I got it for mine and it looks great. I don't like the red. The latches I got are called smoker toggle latches. I rely on the thermometers that go in the smoker and in the meat. I bought the ones for the door but don't really rely on it.
