New guy in Texas.
Thanks Steve. I'm giving them a whirl. Pretty good for quick hickory smoke but burns up fast. Ideal for me since I tend to overwhelm with hickory and mesquite. I'm using mainly applewood with some hickory thrown on sparingly.- unclemac04
