Hey all, Derek here. Got a Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5" last Christmas and finally have some time coming up to give it a whirl. My old man used to smoke turkeys and cornish hens, but I'm looking to branch out and try some other meats. Looking forward to soaking up some knowledge here!!
