    Newbie

    Just checking in. Purchased a Kamado Joe about 3 months ago and have been on the learning curve ever since. Couple runs of ribs, a smoked pork loin, reverse sear filets and pizza have been tried, mostly successful but there's so much to learn. Looking forward to learning some more here.
