    If you mod it only put about 10 3/16 holes under the flange and soak your chips, that will get a couple hours of good smoke.

    Yes start with half as many soak the chips for 30 minutes and that will do.     Im doing the 3-2-1 at 210-220 and they be Yummy. Almost fallen off the bone. Check the temp close maybe your thermometer is off. I do three racks at a time which is 4 meals.     Take off the bottom and you can see the wiring, Mine was arcing to the body. blowing the breaker, just had to repair wire and it works fine now.
