How would we petition Masterbuilt to include chart tracking in their app?

Charts would be a great addition, I also think a setting for the meat probe so that you get an audible alarm, would be a good thing on this app.  I use my Maverick, and set my internal temp for the doneness I desire, and it gives me an audible alarm when it hits the set temp.  No one wants to...

    How Many Mes Owners Here?

Got mine about 2 months ago, so far the oly drawback I have seen was that it is so low to the ground.  Fixed that by getting the masterbuilt smoker stand.  Raises it 16" and makes it much easier to use. Been smoking alot of ribs, and jerky since I got it.  So much better than my old Brinkman...

Brinkman gourmet electric - need a new cover

I had the asame issue.  The cheap vinyl cover that comes from Brinkman is not very good, and rips far too easily. I replaced it with a  "WeatherReady medium round grill/smoker cover" and was very happy with the product.  Its made like a good grill cover, and seems very strong.  It measures...

Hi-Mountain Bottom Round Jerky w/ Qview

You can more than double your jerky yeild by not using the bradley racks, and putting the meat on bamboo skewers so it hangs between the rails of your regular smoker.  I have the same smoker, and can easily smoke 5+ pounds of meat at one time Here is how it looks when cooking, although this...

Been looking for a new smoker for weeks now.  Cajun Injectore IS Masterbuilt,  There is only one difference that I could see, and that was the wood chip loading port.  Everything else is the same.  Controls are identacal other than where and how they mount, inside is completly identical  Even...

Thermostat for a Brinkmann Gourmet Electric Smoker / Lava rocks

I have the same smoker and wasn't satisfied with the rocks included.  They are very small, and that allows my foil wrapped wood chips able to touch the burner, which could short it out.  I bought a 5 pound bag of regular lava rocks at Lowes, put in the burner, and arraigned the rocks around it...
