    Callow smoker oven

    Hello Smoking Meat community, I have just taken delivery of a callow smoker oven, first smoker and very keen to get going. Does anyone have prior experience of this piece of equipment? Ideally I would love to get beef short ribs smoking but I am concerned 5-6 hours might be too much for this...
