New element for my MES
Good morning everyone. I have a very basic MES that I'm finally getting back up and running after being broken for a year. The new element/controller came in yesterday and I'm curious if there's anything I should do to it to help preserve it. I'm super excited to smoke a turkey in it tomorrow! Jed- torpedojed
