entry level smoker
Masterbuilt electric smoker is what I started on. Pretty much fool proof. Can set the temperature and let it run until it gets to the desired meat temp. I went through 2. Each lasted about 3 years. The digital controls tend to crap out after that. It was just over $300 at Sam's Club. Mine...- Tom Karelis
