So I have the smokin tex 1460 analog model and I absolutely love it. It does have a fairly large temp swing but works really well with chicken, pork, beef, fish, etc. I have yet to fire up my stick burner at all this year due to the ease of use. I never thought I would say that!

I would say that my Black Stone lights really easy and heats fast! The other thing that I like is the grease trap in the back, makes for easy cleanup. My two cents!
