    Thanks for the help.  I went for it and it turned out great! After trimming, it turned out to be closer to 16-17 lbs.  It had about 1/4" on each side inside the smoker. Started it at 10:30 on saturday and it hit 200* at 11 Sunday morning.  I'm guessing my smoker was a little higher than 225*. ...
