I started grilling in 97, got serious about smoking in the early 2000's. Me and my late wife competed as Road Whore BBQ and started bottling our Sauce & Rub. Before that could take off she passed away from kidney failure and I pretty much stopped BBQ except for me and friends. In 2023 I tried some people's choice and realized I could still cook better and Three Fat Hogs BBQ was born. Recently decided to also do catering, we will see how that works. For home/casual I have a couple of Traegers, but I also have a Klose 24x60 trailer rig that I am still learning.
