Getting Ready to Pull Trigger on $1000 pellet Grill. Any last minute advice.
I bought a smokin tex. It uses only 4 oz per smoke. One half a cup of wood for 25 lbs of meat to be smoked. It is unbelievable how easy it is to use this smoker roll in a rub, put in the fridge, stick in the smoker on the way to work. Good luck on your decision, the pellets seemed like...- thomas r jordan
