    First time beef ribs

    I'm going to try and cook beef ribs for the first time. Is there any advice you can give a noob. Wondering what seasonings to use and should I season it tonight in perpetration to cook tomorrow afternoon.. What temp should I cook at and for how long.. Any help would be appreciated...
