dirtsailor-I decided not to dehydrate in the oven, glad too. Texture turned out to be just right. You are sooo correct, any longer and it would have been too dry. Thanks again. Have a batch of Hot in the fridge getting ready to smoke...

I have both, AMNPS and the AMNTS. In my opinion I find the PS to do a good job with both the dust and pellets and the TS does a better job with pellets.

Thought I would try out an idea I've had today. Took an outside panel from an old furnace and removed the insulation. Welded together some pipe. Four legs threaded to screw into frame. Makes knock down and transport real easy.
