    Actually... yea it says whole shoulder, boston butt conv. It is 15lbs though.

    Would there be any difference in smoking a 15lb boston butt whole or cut in half? I know its roughly about 1.5 hrs per lb. when smoking. Would cutting it in half cut down on any time or not that big of a deal? Im just trying to get an idea what time to start tomorrow. I usually do 7 or 8...

    I have always kept it in a jar w/ lid in the fridge and use it when i need it and when i make bacon, i add to it.
