I've been cooking Barbecue for about 8 years. Started with a cheapy Home Depot special that I paid about $50 for and have since worked my way up to a Weber Smokey Mountain 18" and a 98 c.f. Dyna-Glo Offset. I love sharing my experience with the newly initiated and learning from the pit masters!
