    I don't have use an electric smoker anymore, but when I did the one I used to have had vents on it. Does it have vents that are adjustable? I know with my side box smoker heat control is a lot about vent adjustment.

    Most times you have to pay extra for pork on pork action. Here's a pork loin (not a tenderloin) wrapped in a bacon weave I made a few weeks ago. Man was it good!
