    I am building a competition trailer and was Goin to put on a propane burner to heat sauces with.are you allowed to heat sauce with one ,or does it have to be heated with wood or call heat?

    The fb will top will be a 1 inch under the rf plate. 1/4 sheet metal,and will have a front on it, the fb will be roughly 24 in wide 24 deep,about 21 inches tall ,the side of the tank will be the side walls of the fb,

    I am building a rf smoker out of a275 gallon oil tank.im thinking about building the fb on the inside.framing a firebox on the inside then putting the rf plate about an inch above the fb.have any of you ever tried a design like this? Do you think it would work?

    I've had several reunions and graduation party that i have cooked for , but it was meat only they had the sides . How do you figure how much of side dishes I will need if I cook for a party an do meat and sides ? Like baked beans , coleslaw, potatoe salad I have recipes for them but don't know...

    A friend of mine asked me to cook for his reunion. It will be for 125 people. He is wanting pulled pork and pulled chicken . I will be fixing meat only his family will be fixing sides. How much raw meat will I need of each to fix? Thanks
