New to the forum but not new to smoking

Old Country BBQ Pits Wrangler - Mods
Got my wrangler about a month ago already have smoked , ribs, Boston butt , whole chickens and my very first brisket, only mods I've done so far is two temp gauges at grate level and I just got my tuning plates today .
