While that sounds like a good price, assuming it has the digital controller. In my opinion any price other than FREE is to much for a treager. And yes I've owned 2 of them in the past. JUNK, just my .02
Don't own a Rectec, but I do have a Yoder YS 640. Only me in the house and I have no problem firing it up to cook a steak, some chicken, or whatever for dinner. I recently added Grill Grates to it and now use it even more for those single serving cooks.
Well I just had a Breakfast of Peameal Bacon and Eggs. Wasn't Cowgirl's recipe, but believe me there will be a whole lot more of this stuff in my future, and I will try Cowgirl's recipe next time. The recipe I used just called for rolling the Cured Loin in the Peameal and letting it set for 24...
Thanks, found it and will have to give it a try. Her recipe is vastly different from the one I'm currently testing. Will be fun to see which one taste's best.
