    250 Gallon Franklin Replica Build

    I'm about to start the exact same build. I think for a 250 gallon cook chamber, I will be using a 6" diameter smokestack. I'll start at 6 feet, but depending on flow might cut it down to 5 feet. I feel like the 8" pipe might have too much draft. Maybe a good rule of thumb for Franklin style...
