Hey all, just seeing a notification for these replies today.
I have used it with great success for pork ribs, pork loins, a Boston Butt, and a 14 lb turkey.
The only issue was with the turkey, the skin didn't turn out right. I used too much smoke on it and didn't pull it before temp to crisp...
On the back of the unit, it has a metal tube at the bottom. The grease tray slides over two guides to attach in the rear to catch the grease that comes from the tube. The width the grease tray adds causes my unit to not fit inside the shed.
I don't even really know how hot that metal tube gets...
