    3 - 2 - 1 I use this method every time I do spares and it turns out fantastic. (and also recommend butter vs. Parkay...........which is hard to find anyway!)

    Yes you can refreeze the smoked salmon. I vacuum freeze the fresh salmon and then later thaw out, brine, smoke and refreeze every time I need more fresh smoked salmon.
