    Just joined today.....Lost 2 grills and the smoker in the divorce....so I bought myself a garden-variety vertical smoker....need to smoke.... I found this forum while researching how in the heck do I do this?  Two weekends in a row, now....and I am still salivating.   And my two teenage boys...
