Anyone use wood pellets in their MES?
Have been successfully using my AMNPS in my MES40 for some time but have not attempted to smoke with water in the tray for fear that the condensation will put out the pellets. Pretty temperamental these AMNPSs. Anybody have any adverse experiences with condensation in this regard?- smokincotto

a whole new voyage
Hi smokers. This journey started when I pulled an old Smoke Hollow gas smoker out of storage...hardly ever used before... and tried my hand at spare ribs. Worked so well I decided to get me an MES 40" and go from there. My niece got lucky and got the gas smoker. She's a good cook and took to it...- smokincotto
