    Smok'in Spare Ribs & Babyback Today

    Used some new dry rubs I created as well as trying speare ribs for the first time.  Just put them on and wanted to share! Have a competition coming up in 3 weeks.  Doing a boston butt for that.  Any suggestions appreciated!
