I live in Fontana, CA. I smoke on Green Mountain Grills, Jim Bowie and Davy Crockett. I did the competition with my Davy Crockett due to no power and only cooking two racks St. Louis cut pork spare ribs.- smokengears

New to here, couple years smoking
Name is Shawn, came across this sight searching for best knife to cut ribs. I just competed against 7 smoker enthusiast from a ham radio repeater group. Although I won, my slicing was terrible. Already learned a lot here, thanks to all who post. Happy smoking- smokengears
