    I've had mine for since Nov 2017, totally love it and it holds a lot of meat, if needed. I usually use water every time and nothing has ever been dry. One tip, make sure the water pan in centered. I cooked about 40 wings a few weeks ago, didn't realize the water pan was pulled all the way...
