    Yea it is in a shaded area. I kept it around 51 degrees when I was doing bacon and cheese works good so far

    Well today I finally got the pipe hooked up and started a fire to see how it works. Looks like it's going to work good. Tomorrow I will be putting the house on the foundation. Can't wait getting very excited.

    I had off of work for a couple weeks so I fired up the Bradley smoker and once again did not work so I got tired of fixing it and started my smokehouse build here is what I got so far.
