Yeah, what Al said. It may not be jerky, but should still be smoky goodness! I've made 2 runs of jerky so far, and I got a Bull Rack system for this last run. Worth every penny! You can do SO mush more jerky at one time with it. Did keep the temp around 165 four about 4 hours with all that...
