I didn't even know you could rent a smoker. That's good to know. I did look at an offset barrel smoker or even looked into building a vertical drum smoker but from what I read those varieties require more tending. I was leaning propane because it would seem to require a little less attention...- smithy316

So I was at a friend's grad party the other day and they had it catered by a local BBQ place and of course the food was delicious.
