Was preheating my MasterBuilt smoker to 225 when inside the house I heard what I thought was the door to the garage slam shut. My teenage daughter thought it was the garbage truck. First Smoker
Hi All, Steve from Calgary Alberta Canada. My lovely wife got me a Master Built Electric Smoker for Christmas. Swept the snow off the deck this morning and seasoning the smoker as I type. Plan is to smoke some nice thick pork chops for dinner. Can't think of a nicer start to the New Year...
