Hello, was wondering if you can dry Herbs with a smoker? Maybe same method as doing Jerkey? Even a little smoke flavor in them wouldn't be to bad I would guess? Any thoughts on this would be great. Thanks

Thanks for the response. I use a digital at grate level. Drilled a small hole in the front to insert the probe. I am just wondering if I should be using that much fuel for a 5 hour smoke. As I am new to this site, is there a better place to post my questions about this? Thanks in advance.
