    I want to smoke some eggs for a batch of pickled eggs in a spicy habanero, jalepenjo garlic brine .My thoughts are 4 hr cold smoke using amazn tray with both ends lit to really get a lot of smoke to penetrate the shell on the eggs prior to boiling and pickling.
