Was in the Army for 30 Years, 0 Months, 27 Days and then I quit. Was in retirement for 3 Years, 6 Months, 21 Days and quit that too. Working is far easier than retiring. I’ve been married for 30 years and other than steak, chicken, or hamburgers on the grill I never cooked. I cook at about a 7 or 8:1 ratio. For every 7 or 8 meals I cook, 1 is palatable. I can without effort, screw up a perfectly good recipe. I’m hoping the Masterbuilt 30” electric smoker I bought yesterday is a game changer.
