I'm doing some chili for a party this weekend. I don't want it to be too spicy, but want to have a sauce that others can add if they want to make it spicier. Not sure how I want to go about it. Any ideas?

I this I will enclose the rear and sides under the barrel. My pellets and vac will reside there. I ordered a smokestack for the Austin to add to it too. Not sure if will be functional...
My sister in law makes awesome caramels. I think im going try my own and smoke them. Thinking of cold smoking the sugar and butter. Then make the caramels and cold smoke the finished product.
Any thought??
