    alright thanks guys. I will do it as soon as this 30 mph wind dies down The directions said to get it over 200 deg. for about an hour, I was thinking it would take a lot longer than that. Thanks for the help, will post some pics just as soon as I get going!!

    To Foil or not to Foil

    I never foil pork while on the smoker either, but I do put a foil pan full of baked beans under the pork, that way the drippings add a little bit of flavor to the beans. I do foil the pork after it is pulled, and let it sit for a few minutes in a cooler.
